The town of Lovettsville, VA, was quiet on this particular Saturday. It was a little too quiet. Thats why we decided to drop in to meet with the guys from West End Motors and fill the town with a barrage of exhaust notes and engine noise. The air was crisp and clean as we made our introductions and proceeded to our first stop, a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am, at least, it used to be. The folks from West End Motors decided to put their own touch on the car, giving it a 383 LT1 built with an LT4 block for a power plant.
